Checking out each Tablet technical specifications may help potential buyers to decide which one to pursue. Here are some critical points that could help in differentiating one from the other.

All of these three Tablets are using the same software, the Android 3.0 Honeycomb operating system, so there’s no point of difference. But with respect to processor, Motorola Xoom Tablet and Acer Iconia A500 Tablet use NVIDIA Tegra2 dual core 1GHz while Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 leveraged on its own Samsung dual core 1GHz CPU.

In overall feature, with 10.1 inch wide screen, these three Tablets look the same at first glance. But, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Tablet is the slimmest of them all, and the lightest Tablet, making it perfect communication gadget for always-on-the-go business people.

With respect to affordability, Tablets with almost same features are usually priced similarly. Current Tablets such as iPad2, Playbook from RIM, Asus Eee Transformer, to name a few, were priced at approximately US$499. Acer Iconia’s innovative dual-touch screen design and virtual keyboard work better than you’d expect  and unlike other dual-screen PCs we’ve seen  this one has enough CPU power for everyday tasks.

HP TouchPad is a a tablet which packs a host of key advantages designed to sway tablet customers away from the market leader. The HP TouchPad is expected this year and will impress with its features. HP TouchPad is not available yet. Tablets For You will come with a complet review when it’s launched.

All of these tablets are reasonable-priced, highly designed and look great on anyone’s desk or in the airline lounge, but these are not the only reasons for you to buy a Tablet PC.

Cheapest Tablet PC Cheapest Tablet PC(1)

When Apple released their iPad, the tablet market came to rise. Months after, most of the gadget manufacturers unveiled their own versions and offered alternatives to iPad.

The good thing about this Tablet war is the availability of more options to Tablet customers. Options vary according to Tablet’s price, technical specifications and the credibility of the manufacturer. Here are some points that you may refer to when you feel you want to buy iPad2 or any of its alternatives.

When we look at the technical specifications of each tablet, everyone has at least one unique feature for itself. For example, the LG’s G-Slate, it has two rear-facing cameras best for 3D video recording. From iPad2, it runs through iOS, the OS unique to Apple products while Playbook RIM is based on BlackBerry OS, an OS claimed to be business friendly platform. Sony has its foldable Tablet S2 that fits perfectly into one’s pocket. Toshiba Regza AT300 has its auto-adjusting screen display that easily adapts to the lighting of the environment. While Samsung Galaxy Tab bags the thinnest Tablet of the world, surpassing the iPad’s sleekness.

In terms of pricing strategies, most tablets are priced similar to each other. When Apple first released iPad2, people did not hesitate to buy one iPad2 in as much as US$499 to $699 depending on the memory storage. And to cut some of Apple iPad2 market share, some tablets were priced in as low as US$199.99, Samsung Galaxy Tab. But the LG priced its G-Slate Tablet excessively higher than all others; T-Mobile is distributing it for US$750 if not tied up to T-Mobile’s service plan. Maybe, T-Mobile is trying to position the G-Slate with a different perspective.

If you are more concerned about the price war of tablets, you would surely vie for the cheapest Tablet with great technical specifications. However, there is a saying that people should pay for the price of quality. It may hold true for some, but not always for everyone. Therefore, before you buy iPad2 or Samsung Galaxy Tablets, it would be better if you compare their technical specifications up to the last bit. You can do this by checking online reviews and check out Tablets For You.

G-Slate Tablet now available from T-Mobile G-Slate Tablet now available from T-Mobile(0)

LG unveiled its G-Slate Tablet, with 8.9 inch screen display runs by an Android 3.0 operating system.

G-Slate Tablet technical specifications are almost same with other tablets in the market. The 8.9 inch screen with 1280 x 768 pixel produces a glossy touch, sharp color and better viewing of movies and pictures. Behind the pixels is a dual core, 1GHz Tegra 2 CPU that keeps this device work smoothly and trendy. In terms of memory storage, G-Slate has non-expandable 32GB internal storage. Battery life is not so exceptional; it works and lasts almost the same with other tablets.

LG’s Tablet has two HD cameras on its back, a feature unique to G-Slate tablet alone. This pair of camera is of 5.0 MP and has LED flash for enhancing captured moments. These rear-facing cameras can also be used for recording videos, use one camera for 1080p and use the two cameras together for 720p and capturing 3D videos. On the other side of tablet is a front facing camera of 2.0MP used for video chatting.

However, G-Slate is priced higher than all other tablets making it a not so threatening competitor as Apple iPad producer said. People can buy a unit of G-Slate if they would avail themselves of at least $529.99 worth of plan from T-Mobile. And according to fine prints stated on the contract’s terms and conditions, non T-Mobile customers could buy G-Slate tablet at $750, that’s worth double the price of the cheapest iPad. You can buy G-Slate if you really want to break your bank and own the most expensive tablet.

Being pricey is hardly justified of G-Slate’s fast internet browsing and 4G connection. The price is just right for claimed fast download speed, and internet access even without Wi-Fi.

For now, T-Mobile is the exclusive distributor of G-Slate and reports say that T-Mobile plans for profit out of G-Slate is a bit slow.
